The ski area Adelboden-Lenk...dänk! offers not only perfect ski slopes but also a very good range of cross-country skiing tracks for classic or skating. In the valley, 13 km of trails invite you to go cross-country skiing. Entrances to the trails are located in the middle of the village. On the adventure mountain "Betelberg" at 1'800 meters you will find the 5km high cross-country trail in front of a magnificent mountain scenery.
The trend sport of cross-country skiing not only keeps body and mind fit, but also reduces stress and strengthens the immune system. The right cross-country skiing technique in classic or skating saves energy and impresses with its elegance.
Whether for the first tries or to increase the personal cross-country training, we have the right offer for you. Our certified and experienced cross-country skiing instructors will show you when to use which technique and how to glide through the snow in an energy-saving and fun way.
