Tuesday and Thursday: Cross-country skiing taster course (classic and skate)
Not only is cross-country skiing a great workout for both body and mind, it's also perfect for relieving stress and strengthening your immune system. Our experienced cross-country skiing instructors will show you the right technique to glide through the snow with ease and elegance.

Wednesday: Snowshoe tour
Experience the natural winter landscape far from the pistes on a snowshoe tour. Discover the solitude and tranquillity of the Lenk mountains as you hike through the untouched snowy landscape.

Friday: Telemark skiing taster course
Learn the traditional telemark technique originating in Norway and experience a special sensation on two skis. Our instructors will show you the basics or enhance your technique.

Saturday: Taster ski tour
Exploring the Lenk mountains on unspoilt trails – ski touring in a nutshell. Experience the tranquillity of the ascent and the breathtaking views before enjoying the downhill to the fullest extent.

- Requirements: easy in terms of technique and fitness, ascent 300 metres altitude, powder descent
Sunday: Ski – first turns in the snow for adults
This course is ideal for adults who want to learn how to ski. Our instructors will teach you to take your first steps and turns in a safe environment.
