The telemark sport is a skiing technique originally from Norway, where only the tips of the ski boots are fixed by a binding. The rider kneels while skiing on the uphill ski (inside the curve) by lifting the heel of the rear foot and pushing the valley ski forward. Would you like to try this? Let's go, Teleho!
